When Q1-2013 opened up, Soya decided to take it full throttle by bringing on creative dynamo, Stephanie Rea as the new Managing Partner to the owner Melani Chong.  As a former digital animator, accessory designer and with her razor-sharp wit, Steph delivers a strong level of professional execution to Soya's campaign in 2013.  "I love using my various background skills at the Soya office.  Fashion and Beauty is a very fast paced, multi-disciplinary industry when you're a small business, so it helps to be multi-talented.  We have a very strong team." says Rea.

After working in the fashion and beauty industry for over 20 years, Canadian Ford model, Melani Chong studied Cosmetic Science and Technology at to fulfill a vision to develop a skin care collection based on a cradle to cradle philosophy. As a certified skincare technician and cosmetic scientist, Melani continually keeps informed on cutting edge technology and receives the latest in trends from the many health and beauty experts she works with. With a team of doctors, Melani designed a multi functional skin care system for the skin needs of individuals who battle sensitive skin, travel often, and need professional results at home and on the go.
